This employee will assist customers with our Internet Banking products and services. Duties include: troubleshooting issues with logging in, downloading into money management software, processing applications and maintenance requests, researching and refunding bill pay returns, and various other responsibilities. Strong oral and written skills, dedication, confidentiality and above all excellent customer service skills are a must.
