| Accessing Cash Management ARP (Positive Pay/Account Reconciliation) |
Once Alpine Bank has provided your organization with it's Cash Management access information you can begin banking online with Alpine Cash Management.
To log into Alpine Cash Management- Enter your Alpine Online ID and Password into the fields provided. Each authorized user will use share the Alpine Online ID and Password.
- Click 'Submit'.
- You will then be promted to enter your Cash Management ID and Password. Each authorized user will login with his/her own individual Cash Management ID and Password.
- Click 'Submit'.
Once you are logged into Alpine Cash Management, you will be directed to the Alpine Online main page. The main page lists tabs and drop down menus to help you navigate throughout Alpine Cash Management.- Click on the ARP tab above to navigate between ARP functions.
This will direct you to View/Work ARP/POSPAY Items. Once at this page, exceptions, if any, will be displayed. To view exceptions for another account, select an account from the 'View Items For' drop down menu. From this page you can view & work with exception items or upload your ARP file. |

| Upload or manually input an ARP file |
From the ARP sub-categories listed above, click 'Upload'. This will direct you to the 'Upload ARP/POSPAY File' page.
You have two options to send your file, follow the instructions below:Upload the file from software:- Browse your computer for the issue file your software created and click 'Upload'. Depending on the size of the issue file, this can take a few minutes.
- Once the file has been successfully uploaded your issue file will display. Look over the issue file to be sure everything looks correct.
- If everything is correct, click 'SUBMIT'. Submitting the file completes the upload.
Upload the file by manual entry:- Click 'here' - where it say's, "If you want to enter the file manually, click here".
- Into the fields provided, enter information about the item(s) and click 'Upload'.
- Once the file has been successfully uploaded your issue file will display. Look over the issue file to be sure everything looks correct. If everything is correct, click 'SUBMIT'. Submitting the file completes the upload.
Note: It is necessary to upload the ARP file 24hrs before disbursing checks - this allows us time to process the file that was uploaded. If you do need to disburse a check that same day, please proceed with the upload and contact Internet Support so that we can process the upload at that time.

| Working ARP exceptions |
From the ARP sub-categories listed above, click 'Main'. This will direct you to View/Work ARP/POSPAY Items. Once at this page, exceptions, if any, will be displayed. To view exceptions for another account, select an account from the 'View Items For' drop down menu.
To work exceptions, follow the instructions below:- If you wish to pay the item, Click 'Pay'.
- If you wish to return the item, you do not have to do anything. We will automatically return an item that has not been worked with.
Note: Exceptions need to be worked between the hours of 8:00am (MT) and 10:00am (MT) and need to be worked daily. |
