| Accessing Cash Management Wires |
Once Alpine Bank has provided your organization with it's Cash Management access information you can begin banking online with Alpine Cash Management.
To log into Alpine Cash Management- Enter your Alpine Online ID and Password into the fields provided. Each authorized user will use share the Alpine Online ID and Password.
- Click 'Submit'.
- You will then be promted to enter your Cash Management ID and Password. Each authorized user will login with his/her own individual Cash Management ID and Password.
- Click 'Submit'.
Once you are logged into Alpine Cash Management, you will be directed to the Alpine Online main page. The main page lists tabs and drop down menus to help you navigate throughout Alpine Cash Management.- Click on the Wires tab above to navigate between wire functions.
This will direct you to your Wire List. Once at the wire list, all wires you have set up with amounts will be displayed. From this page you can edit, add, or transmit a wire. |

| Setting up a one-time or repetative wire transfer |
From the Wires sub-categories listed above, click 'Edit/Add'. All wires with a status of ready and pending for the specified account will be listed on this page. You can change the account to view wires from, from the 'View wires for' drop down menu.
To set up a wire, follow the instructions below:- From the 'View wires for' drop down menu, select an account to wire from, once at the Edit/Add Wire page for that account, click the 'Add Wire' button located on the right hand side of the page.
- Enter the wire instructions for the receiving bank.
- Enter into the fields 'Credit Account #/Type, Credit Account Name, and Credit Account Address', the account information of the person/organization you are wiring funds to. Choose 'Demand' if you are wiring funds into a checking/money market account. Choose 'Savings' if wiring funds to a savings account.
- Enter into the fields 'Receiving Bank ABA Number, Receiving Bank Name, and Receiving Bank Address' the bank information in which the account you are wiring funds to is held. Choose 'Search for ABA #' if you need to lookup a bank's ABA#. The terms ABA# and Routing # have the same meaning.
- Use the 'Remarks' field to enter further wiring instruction or for further credit information.
- If you need to store this wire on our system for future repetative use, check mark the repetative wire box and give the wire a code (can be up to 6-digit's and contain letters and or numbers) - This code will help you identify the wire at a later time. If the repetative wire fields are not completed, the wire instructions will fall off our system that night.
- Enter the wire amount. If you are setting up the wire as a repetative wire, you can leave the amount zero.
- Click 'Submit'.
Note: This wire instruction form is not designed to handle the detailed information for International Wires. An International Wire form will be available soon. |

| Editing the wire amount or wire instructions |

To edit a wire, follow the instructions below:- From the 'View wires for' drop down menu, select an account to view wires from, once at the Edit/Add Wire page for that account, click 'Edit' next to the wire you wish to edit.
- Make the necessary changes and click 'Submit'.

| Deleting a wire transfer |
From the Wires sub-categories listed above, click 'Edit/Add'. All wires with a status of ready and pending for the specified account will be listed on this page. You can change the account to view wires from, from the 'View wires for' drop down menu.
To delete a wire, follow the instructions below:- From the 'View wires for' drop down menu, select an account to view wires from, once at the Edit/Add Wire page for that account, click 'Delete' next to the wire you wish to delete.
- Click 'Delete' once more to confirm.

| Transmitting a wire transfer |
From the Wires sub-categories listed above, click 'Transmit'. All wires with a status of ready (the status will show pending if you are looking at this wire on the Edit/Add page)will be listed on this page. If your wire is not listed on the Transmit page, but is listed on the Edit/Add page, you need to edit the wire and enter an amount.
To transmit a wire transfer, follow the instructions below:- Click 'Transmit' next to the wire you wish to send.
- Enter your individual Wire Password.
- Click 'Transmit'.
You can transmit wires up to 2:00pm (MT) on any banking business day. |

| Changing your ID, password, wire password, or email address |
| Click on the 'Options' tab listed above. Under 'Personal Options' you can change your Alpine Online ID & password, your Cash Management password, your wire password, or your email address. Make the necessary changes and click 'Submit'. |

| Helpful information |
- The cut-off time to send a wire is 2:00pm (MT) on any banking business day.
- A Call Back PIN will be mailed to you for each member specified on the Wire Agreement as a Call Back Party. If you initiate a wire transfer over $25,000.00, the person specified as the Call Back Party will be called by our wire department for verification and you will be asked to provide your Call Bank PIN. If you would like to change the Call Back PIN, please call 800-551-6098(please have initial Call Bank PIN available as you will be asked for this in order the change it).
- On the Edit/Add page
- The status 'ready' means this wire is set up but has a zero dollar amount.
- The status 'pending' means an amount has been established, but the wire has not yet been transmitted - It is ready to transmit.
- The status 'Initiated' means this wire has been transmitted and sent to our internal wire department for processing.
- The status 'Processed' means our internal wire department processed the wire.
- On the Transmit page
- The status 'ready' means this wire is ready to transmit.
- If you do not see the option next to the wire to transmit, from the wire list on the 'Transmit' page, this means the wire has already been transmitted and is in 'Initiated' status.
- If no wires display on your wire list from the 'Transmit' page, either
- The wire has been processed.
- No wires have been established an amount.
