IMMEDIATE BENEFITS

Bank paid premiums for all full and part time employees. Dependent coverage’s offered at reduced group rates.
Voluntary: Short Term Disability, Additional Life insurance, Critical Illness Offered to all employees at discounted group rates.
Paid Holidays 10 holidays per year paid for full and part-time employees.
Wellness Up to $1,200 per year allowance for wellness/fitness/green bucks. Pro-rated for part-time employees and entry month. Monthly topics and programs.
Employee Referral Incentive bonus received for referring an applicant who is hired. Additional compensation based on satisfactory employment with bank at 90 and 180 days.
Mortgage Department Referral $200 per new loan (closed), $100 per refinance (closed).
Trust Department Referral 10% of first year’s fees per opened account (account must meet minimum requirements of $200,000.00).
Christmas/Holiday Club  CD, $10,000 max, monthly variable rate based on Glenwood 1-year CD rate plus 1%, matures Nov 1, penalty for early withdrawal.
Flex Time/Job Sharing/Home Work  Available when it benefits both employee and bank without compromising customer service.  
Potential Year End Bonus  Potential bonus based on profit performance.
Incentives  Performance based incentives-for tellers and proof operators and Loyalty Check Card incentive. 
Career Development  Alpine Career Enhancement Program. Training program enables employee to follow career path for advancement. 
Bank Services  Free premium checking account and checks; safe deposit box; waived fees on cashiers checks, travelers checks, money orders; payroll direct deposit; reduced rates on installment loans.

UPON 3 MONTHS EMPLOYMENT

Section 125 Flex Plan: Dependent Care Max $5,000 per calendar year.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 3 bank paid visits per year (max $70 per visit).
Paid Personal/Sick Time 2 hrs per pay period; avail after 90 days; option to sell or donate amount over accrued 48 hours.
Paid Volunteer Time 3 days/24 hours per calendar year; no carry over; pro- rated according to entry month.
Computer Loan Up to $3,000 interest free/30 month loan for home computer hardware, software, and upgrades. One loan per employee may be outstanding at a time.
Employee Education Assistance Tuition and text books for bank related course work (i.e., finance, bookkeeping, computer, Spanish) with management approval. Paid at time of class registration.
 

UPON 1 YEAR EMPLOYMENT

Paid Vacation 3 weeks after 1 yr, 4 weeks after 10 yrs, 5 weeks after 15 yrs, 25+ yrs = 5 weeks with an additional 2 months to be taken over a 3 yr period. Option to sell up to 5 days after 2 weeks have been taken.
ESOP Bank funded Employee Stock Ownership Plan; 7 year vesting.
Section 125 Flex Plan: Medical Max $4,000 per calendar year.
 

UPON 2 YEARS EMPLOYMENT

Dependent College Fund/Education $750 per semester/$1,500 per calendar year (Max Assistance $6,000 per child; FT; college/vocational/tech schools, up to age 25.
First Time Homebuyers Bank assistance (some fees reduced; 100% financing based on qualifying) for first time homebuyers.

Child Care/Elder Care  HR maintains resources: listings of day care facilities; publications; day care assistance organizations. 
Warm Welcome Kit  Child/family resources for new baby--birth or adoption. 
Legal  HR maintains resources on legal aid assistance organizations. 
Housing  Info available through HR on employee/affordable housing for resort areas.
