| Accessing Alpine Online |
Once Alpine Bank has provided you with an Alpine Online ID and Password you can begin banking online with Alpine Online.
To log into Alpine Online- Enter your Alpine Online ID and Password into the fields provided.
- Click 'Submit'.
Once you are logged into Alpine Online, you will be directed to the main page. The main page lists tabs and drop down menus to help you navigate throughout Alpine Online.- Click on one of the tabs (i.e. Alpine Online, Payment Express, Options) above to navigate between specific online banking functions.
- To do a specific activity with an account, select an account activity from the 'select activity' drop down menu located next to an account.
Once you are in a specific activity, it is not necessary to go back to the main page to select another activity, you can go to other activities for any account by clicking on an activity under the product titled tabs listed above. |

| Viewing account activity & balance information |
Select 'Transactions' from the 'Select Activity' drop down menu located next to the account you wish to view account activity and balance information. From the transactions page you can:- View your account history - From the 'View Transactions Since' drop down menu, choose from Last Statement, Last 7 Days, Last 14 Days, Last 30 Days, or Last 60 Days.
- Search for a specific transaction - Click 'Select Range of Transactions' and enter the search criteria.
- View a check or deposit slip image - From the check number column, click on the 'check number' or 'view image' link.
- View account balances and loan payment & payoff information - Click 'More Details' for an account summary.
To view account activity & balance information for another account, select another account from the 'Current Account' drop down menu.
Once you are in a specific activity, it is not necessary to go back to the main page to select another activity, you can go to other activities for any account by clicking on an activity under the product titled tabs listed above. |

| Viewing your statement |
Select 'Statements' from the 'Select Activity' drop down menu located next to the account you wish to view a statement. The past two months statements will be available. Select the format to view your statement in from the 'Select Activity' drop down menu located next to the statement you wish to view.
To view a statement for another account, select another account from the 'View Statements/Notices for' drop down menu.
Once you are in a specific activity, it is not necessary to go back to the main page to select another activity, you can go to other activities for any account by clicking on an activity under the product titled tabs listed above. |

| Transferring funds or making a loan payment |
Select 'Transfers' from the 'Select Activity' drop down menu located next to the account you wish to view the list of transfers for. Once at the transfer list, any transfers scheduled for that account will be displayed. From this page you can view, edit, or delete a transfer.
To view the transfer list for another account, select another account from the 'View Transfers for' drop down menu.
To transfer funds between accounts or make a loan payment- Select an account, to transfer funds from, from the 'Add Transfer from' drop down menu. You will be directed to add a 'New Transfer'.
- The account to transfer from is pre-filled for you, if needed, you can change the account.
- Choose the account or loan to transfer into. If you are transferring funds into a loan to make a loan payment, payment options will display.
- Enter the amount.
- Select a frequency. If you choose a frequency other than one time, you will have to enter a 'Stop Date' - This tells our system when to stop making this transfer.
- Select a transfer date.
- Click 'Submit'.
You will be directed to a confirmation screen.
The cut off time to transfer funds on the same business day is 10:00pm (MT).

| Editing or deleting a scheduled transfer of funds |
Select 'Transfers' from the 'Select Activity' drop down menu located next to the account you wish to view the list of transfers for. Once at the transfer list, any transfers scheduled for that account will be displayed. From this page you can view, edit, or delete a transfer.
To view the transfer list for another account, select another account from the 'View Transfers for' drop down menu.- Next to the transfer click 'Edit' or 'Delete'.
- If Editing, make the necessary changes and click 'Submit'.
- If Deleting, click 'Delete' once more to confirm.

| Placing a stop payment on a check |
Select 'Stop Payments' from the 'Select Activity' drop down menu located next to the account you wish to view the list of stop payments for. Once at the stop payment list, any stop payments set up for that account will be displayed. Click 'view' to view detailed information about the stop payment.
To place a stop payment on a check- Select 'Add Stop Payment'.
- Enter the required information about the check you wish to place a stop payment on.
- Click 'Submit'. Once the submit button is clicked, the stop payment is effective and your account will be charged a stop payment fee.
You will be directed to a confirmation screen. If the check amount is greater than $10,000 you will be directed to print, sign, and mail the stop payment instructions.

| Downloading into money management software |
Select 'Download' from the 'Select Activity' drop down menu located next to the account you wish to download.
You can download the past 90 days of account history. To download your account history into your money management software.- Select the period to download.
- Select the format.
- Click 'Submit'. You will be directed to download the transactions.
- Click on the link to download.
If you need downloading instructions specific to the money management software you use, please visit our help page and locate the download instructions specific to your software.
To download account history for another account, select another account from the 'Select Download for' drop down menu.

| Changing your password, ID, or email address |
| Click on the 'Options' tab listed above. Under 'Personal Options' you can change your password, your online ID, or your email address. Make the necessary changes and click 'Submit'. |

| Personalize your account viewing options |
| Click on the 'Options' tab listed above. Under 'Account Options' you can change your account pseudo names, the number of accounts that display on the main page, and the order in which your accounts display on the main page. Make the necessary changes and click 'Submit'. |

| Set up personalized account alerts |
| Click on the 'Options' tab listed above. Under 'Alert Options' you can set up alerts to watch your balance, to see if a check has cleared, or set up a personal reminder. You will be notified of an alert on the main page, when you first log into Alpine Online. Make the necessary changes and click 'Submit'. |

| Customize display options for Transactions and Bill Payment History pages |
| Click on the 'Options' tab listed above. Under 'Display Options' you can set the default in which you view your transactions from the Transactions page and in which you view your Payment Express payments from the Payment Express History page. Make the necessary changes and click 'Submit'. |

| Helpful information |
There are three helpful tabs listed on the upper right hand corner within Alpine Online.- Contact Us - Click 'Contact Us' to send a secure message to the Internet Banking department. When a representative responds to your message, you will be notified on the main page when you first log into Alpine Online along with an email notification that you have a message waiting.
- Help - Click 'Help' to view help pages with Alpine Online.
- Logout - Always click 'Logout' when you are finished banking online. This will insure that you properly logout of Alpine Online to safeguard your information and will keep you from getting stuck in what is called a loop the next time you login.
