To ensure that Quicken bring you the best possible products and customer service, it is necessary, as they move towards improving their products, services, and security, that the makers of Quicken retire older versions of software.
If you use Quicken version 2003 or older, these versions have been retired and are not longer supported by Quicken. If you wish to continue utilizing online banking within Quicken it will be necessary for you to upgrade your Quicken software to a newer version.
