| What is an Email Alert? |
| An Email Alert will alert you of activity on your account. When you set up an Email Alert, you will be notified by email when that activity takes place.

| What alerts are available? |
- Event Alerts - Receiving Incoming Wires · Receiving Incoming ACH Credits · Receiving Incoming ACH Debits · Insufficient Funds (NSF) · Statements or Notices · Maturing Loans · Maturing CD's · Bill Payments Paid · Bill Payments Failed · Transfers Failed - NSF · Transfers Expired · Transfers Failed - Restricted · Transfers Deleted - Closed Act · Bill Pay Changed to Electronic · Bill Pay Changed to Check · Bill Pay Expiring Payments · Bill Payments Rejected · Expiring Transfers.
- Balance Alerts - If you would like to be notified when your account goes above or below a certain balance, you can specify the account to watch and whether to alert you if your balance goes above or below the specified amount, when that event takes place, you will receive an alert.
- Item Alerts - If you would like to be alerted when a specific check clears your account, you can specify the account and check number to watch and when that check clears, you will receive an alert.
- Personal Alerts - You can type in your own personal alerts and the date you would like to be alerted.

| How do I set up Email Alerts? |
- Log into Alpine Online
- Select 'Options'
- Select 'Alerts'
- Choose 'Add Alert' (example: Add Event Alert)
- Check mark whether you would like to receive the specified alert via email, sign in, or both. Note: If you choose sign in, you will not receive the alert by email rather you will receive the alert when you log into Alpine Online.
- Once you have selected the alerts, click 'Submit'.
- To opt into receiving alerts via email, select 'Accept'.

| Is there a charge to receive alerts via email? |
| No - There is no charge. Customers will see the verbiage "*Alerts sent via email may incur a per-email fee." at the bottom of the alert listing page. We have the ability to charge for this service but we have chosen not to. |

| How can I manage my current Alert requests? |
You can add additional alerts, remove alerts, or opt out from receiving any future alerts via email by:
- Logging into Alpine Online
- Select 'Options'
- Select 'Alerts'
- Choose 'Edit Alerts' (example: Edit Event Alerts)
- Uncheck the alerts you wish to cancel and click 'Submit'.

| What email address will my alerts be emailed to? |
Email Alerts will be emailed to the email address that's on file with your Alpine Online account. You can verify or change the email address on file by:
- Logging into Alpine Online
- Select 'Options'
- From the 'Personal' options page, verify or change your email address and click 'Submit'.

| When will I receive the Email Alerts I have requested? |
| Once the activity on your account has taken place you will receive the email alert. If you have multiple alerts set up and those activities have taken place, you will receive multiple email alerts. |
