| What do I do if my card is lost/stolen? |
| To replace a lost/stolen card, the purchaser or card receiver may contact our customer assistance center at 1-866-490-0644. Once the lost/stolen card issue has been resolved, a new replacement card (Starburst design only) will be sent to the purchaser/card receiver. There is a $10 fee to replace a lost/stolen card. |

| Can I check the balance on my card? If so, is there a charge to do this? |
Yes, customers may contact the customer assistance center at 1-866-490-0644 to check their card balance. You will receive 2 balance inquiries per month at no charge, after that you will be charged 50 cents per balance inquiry.
Customers can also check their balance by visiting www.alpinebank.com for an online inquiry. There is no charge for online balance inquiries.

| What happens if I need to return a purchase? |
| Refunds cannot be credited back to the Alpine Bank Gift Card it is non-reloadable. You will need to consult with the merchant as to how they wish to credit you for your return. |

| Yes, you can find the expiration date listed on the front of the card. |

| Can I use my card at gas stations & restaurants? |
| Yes, you can use your card at any merchant that accepts the Visa brand. However, you cannot pay at the pump with the Gift Card. |

| No, the card is not valid at ATMs and a PIN will not be included with the card. |

| Yes, as long as the online merchant accepts Visa. |

| We have a customer assistance center through the card provider that will help with any card issues. Customers can contact them for help at 1-866-490-0644. |

| How many Gift Cards can I purchase? |
| Customers can purchase a maximum of 10 cards per day. However, exceptions can be made with the approval of the location manager. |

| What amount(s) can I purchase the cards in? |
| Cards can be purchased from $25 (minimum) to $500 (maximum). |

| Is there a fee to purchase the card? |
| Yes, the fee is $4.95 per card. |

| Can I use my Gift Card outside of the United States? |
| Yes, the card can only be used at any merchant that accepts the Visa brand within, or outside of, the U.S. |

| Can I call ahead to the bank and place my order for the Gift Card? |
| Unfortunately, no, we must load the cards at the time of purchase. |

| Can I pay for the card with one of my credit cards? |
| You cannot purchase this gift card using a credit card. We can perform a cash advance on your credit card for a fee to provide you with cash to purchase the gift card. |

| Do I have to be a customer to purchase an Instant Issue Card? |
| Yes, this product is only available to customers of Alpine Bank. |

| Can I transfer money to my bank account using the money on the Gift Card? |
| You cannot transfer money directly to your account, however your bank can do a cash advance on the card for you to deposit to your account. Fees may apply to do this, please review your Cardholder Agreement for terms and conditions. |

| Can I pay any bills using the Gift Card? |
| You may use your Alpine Bank Gift Card to pay for one-time bills providing the bill collector accepts the Visa brand, however, you cannot set up recurring payments using the Card. |
