Highlights:
- The menus have been reformatted for ease of navigation. Colored tabs make it easier for you to see where you are within the Online Banking application.
- Account pseudo names on the ‘Account Listing’ page will now take you to the ‘Transactions’ page for the selected account.
- Accounts are now separated by type on the ‘Account Listing’ page.
- All agreements and policies (Online, Security, Privacy) have been consolidated under a single link, ‘Info’.
- For Payment Express, the options ‘Create a Company Payee’ and ‘Create an Individual Payee’ were added so you don’t have to search the electronic database for every new payee. If you know it’s going to be a check payment, select ‘Create an Individual Payee’. If you want to search if the payee will accept electronic payments, select ‘Create a Company Payee’.
- The ‘Alert me when this bill is paid’ alert has been moved from the recurring payment setup screen to the Alerts page. All alerts will now reside under the ‘Alerts’ option.
- The Cash Manager tab has been added as a primary menu item. ACH, Wires, ARP, etc. are now located under this menu.
- For Cash Management users, Current Day, Prior Day, and Cash Position (Cash Management Download) have been consolidated under 'Reporting' within the Cash Manager tab.
