  1. In order to participate in Alpine Online and Payment Express, you must have at least one Alpine Bank Account. If you are applying for Internet Banking Services with another person or persons, at least one signer must have full signing authority on the accounts listed on the application and this signer gives authority for other applicants listed to have full access and privileges to the accounts listed on the application. All applicants must sign the application for Internet Banking Services to gain access to the accounts listed on the application. If there is any change of ownership on any of the account(s), notification must be immediately provided to Alpine Bank. You will be given a PIN for accessing your bank account(s) using Alpine Bank's Internet Banking Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PIN in order to maintain the security of your account. Alpine Bank is not responsible for unauthorized disclosure of your PIN or unauthorized use of the Internet Banking services by a person utilizing your PIN. You agree to release and waive any claims against Alpine Bank based on such unauthorized use.
  2. You have the right to terminate Internet Banking Services at any time upon delivery of written notice to Alpine Bank. Alpine Bank has the right to terminate its obligation to provide Internet Banking Services to you upon ten days prior written notice. You understand that once you have started using Alpine Bank's Internet Banking Service, you must access Alpine Online at least once every 180 days for your online account to remain active.
  3. You understand and agree that any Alpine Online Banking transaction or Payment Express transaction which results in a negative account balance may be refused by Alpine Bank.
  4. You agree that Alpine Bank has the right to change the fees for Internet Banking Services upon ten days prior written notice to you. In addition, Alpine Bank has the right to amend these rules from time to time providing you with a copy of the amended rules.
  5. If you are using Payment Express, you agree that Alpine Bank shall not be responsible for any payment delays that occur for reasons beyond the Bank's control.
  6. You agree to waive and release any claims against Alpine Bank arising in any way that may be related to Internet Banking Services except for those claims resulting solely from the negligent acts or omissions of the Bank.
  7. It is your sole responsibility to insure your personal computer and related equipment are compatible and capable of operating in a manner that allows you to utilize Internet Banking Services. The fees you incur for internet access shall be your sole responsibility.
  8. Alpine Bank recommends you install current versions of virus detection software, firewall, and spyware scanning tools to reduce computer infections. Keeping these tools updated is crucial in combating new and existing threats. Visit www.alpinebank.com for more security tips.
By accepting and utilizing Alpine Bank Internet Services, you hereby agree to the Alpine Bank Internet Banking Rules set forth above.
