Alpine Bank Telluride is looking for a Full Time Teller. We are looking for an outgoing career oriented person to join our team. Candidates should possess strong customer service skills, be reliable and be able to multitask in a fast paced environment. Previous hospitality and/or banking experience is preferred, but not required. Work days are Monday - Friday and some Saturdays are required. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

iSeries Technical Specialist – Rifle  APPLY HERE

The Alpine Bank IT Department in Rifle, Colorado is looking for a Full Time iSeries Technical Specialist. This person must have a good base of technical experience and a willingness to learn all processes involved with the management and support of our iSeries (Power8) system. Our expectations for the qualified candidate would be to have the ability to quickly learn new tools and processes in support of ongoing operations for our iSeries and backup iSeries in Grand Junction. Technician will assist in monitoring and maintaining operations of our iSeries systems to ensure the highest levels of efficient performance. Support functions will include assisting with hardware and software upgrades, operating system PTF maintenance, security, high availability (Mimix) monitoring and administration, user assistance and application troubleshooting, which will include interfaced server applications, daily heatweb ticket support, as well as projects related to the iSeries and monitoring night processing alert message activity ensuring the nightly update completes successfully. Nightly processing will require on call time and may include afterhours work and is on a scheduled rotation with other iSeries team members. Technician will participate in upgrade events, project management and Disaster Recovery activities on the iSeries. Technician must be able to communicate effectively both oral and written with the iSeries team, IT department, supervisors, operations staff, branch location staff, IBM Technical support personnel, vendor support and upper management. Technician must be able to work effectively within teams and on their own. Formal IBM iSeries Operations training will be required to be completed within one year of taking this position, if prior certifications have not been obtained. On-going annual IBM training and certifications will also be expected to advance in this position.

The Internet Services Product Manager is responsible for the maintenance, efficiency, and continued growth of our existing products and services and to develop and implement new products and services. This individual will work closely with management, product managers, branch locations, and various other internal departments.

The applicant must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to work under minimal supervision, work as a team, multi- task, work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, problem solve, demonstrate confidentiality and dedication, have good leadership qualities, and be adaptable to change. Occasional travel, evening and weekend work is required.

Prior banking or similar career experience is preferred.

The Alpine Bank Electronic Banking Department is looking for a Full Time Electronic Banking Support Representative. This employee will assist customers with our Internet and Mobile Banking products and services. Duties include but are not limited to: troubleshooting issues with logging in, escalate issues to service providers, downloading into money management software, processing applications and maintenance requests, researching and refunding bill pay returns, and various other responsibilities. Technical experience is preferred. Strong oral and written skills, dedication, confidentiality and above all excellent customer service skills are a must.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone that has an interest and knack for technology and doing things on the Internet, has excellent customer service skills, and loves to problem solve.
