Alpine Bank Aspen is looking for a full time Teller. We are looking for an outgoing career oriented person to join our team. Applicants should possess strong customer service skills, be reliable and be able to multitask in a fast paced environment. Must be able to work Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm including some Saturdays. Prior bank experience is encouraged. Cash handling and customer service skills a plus. Customer Consultant – Grand Junction  APPLY HERE

Duties include, but are not limited to, answering phones, general customer questions, transfers, closing accounts, general maintenance of customer accounts such as address changes, check orders, online chat and answering customer emails and various other responsibilities. Hours range from 7:15 am to 6:30 pm and some Saturdays. Salary will be commensurate with banking knowledge and experience.

Alpine Bank Montrose is accepting applications for a Full Time Teller/CSR position. Some travel to our Delta Branch may be required. Applicant should be a motivated self-starter with excellent customer service skills. The Internet Services Product Manager is responsible for the maintenance, efficiency, and continued growth of our existing products and services and to develop and implement new products and services. This individual will work closely with management, product managers, branch locations, and various other internal departments.

The applicant must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to work under minimal supervision, work as a team, multi- task, work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, problem solve, demonstrate confidentiality and dedication, have good leadership qualities, and be adaptable to change. Occasional travel, evening and weekend work is required.

This employee will assist customers with our Internet and Mobile Banking products and services. Duties include but are not limited to: troubleshooting issues with logging in, escalate issues to service providers, downloading into money management software, processing applications and maintenance requests, researching and refunding bill pay returns, and various other responsibilities. Technical experience is preferred. Strong oral and written skills, dedication, confidentiality and above all excellent customer service skills are a must.
