Description: Alpine Bank Call Center is hiring a Full time employee for the customer service area. Duties include but not limited to answering phones, general customer questions, transfers, closing accounts, general maintenance of customer accounts such as address changes, check orders, online chat and answering customer emails and various other responsibilities.  Hours range from 7:15 am to 6:30 pm and some Saturdays.  Salary will be commensurate with banking knowledge and experience.

Relationship Manager - Denver -  APPLY HERE

Alpine Bank is looking for a for a full time Relationship Manager for our Denver branches.  This position could be base out of Union Station or Cherry Creek.

Job Description/Responsibilities:
The Relationship Manager will work closely with the Loan Officer and the customer to best manage the customer relationship.  This individual will work in conjunction with the existing Loan Administrators and Credit Analysts and this role will require a thorough understanding of Alpine Bank’s commercial and consumer credit.  He/She will be responsible for gathering, compiling, and organizing supporting information for the creation of a loan packet and for the closing of a loan.  This individual will be asked to develop and maintain a system to account for accuracy within the loan process, provide assistance and/or complete loan packages, work with Central Loans on the completion of loan documentation, provide support for past due loans and maturities, and any other duties needed as deemed fit for this position.

Qualifications/Skills:
We are looking for an individual that is technically savvy, visionary, self-motivated, a problem solver, adaptable to change, and able to work in a rewarding, yet demanding position.  To succeed in this position, the Relationship Manager must be willing to make decisions without constant supervision and have critical thinking skills. This individual will become proficient in identifying, evaluating, and reviewing required loan documentation and financial documentation. This individual will be detail orientated and able to multi-task. He/she will be able to prioritize tasks in the most time effective manner, have strong oral and written communication skills, and be effective in using Adobe, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word. It is anticipated this individual will be tech savvy and willing and able to learn and become the Credit Quest power user. An understanding of financial data, ratios, security instruments, insurance, title work, and regulatory documentation is preferred.  He/she will be able to exude unsurpassed customer service, provide quality and accurate work, and be able to work under pressure and within deadlines. He/she will be able to feel comfortable communicating and interacting with customers to meet their needs.  Knowledge of all aspects of banking, including but not limited to new accounts, bank teller duties, loan operations, and bank operations is preferred.

Floating Teller - Glenwood Springs APPLY HERE

Alpine Bank Glenwood is looking for a part time seasonal teller to fill a floating teller position for the Colorado River Region.  We have 6 bank branches from Glenwood Springs to Battlement Mesa.  This position could be based out of the Glenwood Springs or Rifle location.  Actual work hours could vary week to week from 20 to 40 hours. We are looking for a candidate who is willing to travel between the locations on a regular basis and is able to work Monday – Friday, multiple shifts between 7:30 am-6 pm, and will include every Saturday from 9:00am-12pm.  Cash handling and customer service skills a plus. Loan Assistant - Breckenridge APPLY HERE

Alpine Bank is looking for a full time regional Loan Assistant for Summit County. We are looking for a candidate who is willing and able to travel within the region to work closely with our regional Loan Officers and customers. This position shall provide the loan officers with assistance in collecting, organizing and saving documents from loan customers, creating loan folders and assisting with correspondence to the loan administrators and loan analysts. He/she shall also provide assistance with loan research request and loan maintenance requests between the customer and the loan department. In addition, this individual will assist with any other duties as needed and deemed fit for this position.

Preferred qualifications - The Loan Assistant will be required to contact customers directly, reach out to loan officers when clarification is needed, be organized and work without constant supervision. This individual will need to be proficient in identifying, reviewing and understanding loan documentation and financial documentation. The successful candidate will be able to prioritize tasks, have strong oral and written communication skills, and be proficient in Adobe, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. We are looking for a candidate who is technologically adept and able to learn specific Alpine Bank software and hardware. A general understanding of loans is recommended and previous banking experience is desirable. A 4-year college degree or equivalent experience is preferred, but not required.
