EB Clerk - Card Services - Grand Junction  APPLY HERE

Alpine Bank's Electronic Banking Card Services Department is looking an individual to become a part of their team.  The position will be working with debit, credit, and gift cards.  The responsibilities for the positions will include, but are not limited to, data entry, scanning, tracking, and customer service.

Preferred qualifications – Applicants should be detail oriented, have experience with Excel and Word, be self motivated, have a general knowledge of letter and business writing, able to multitask in a time restricted environment, and have good customer service and phone skills.  Knowledge of Passport system is beneficial.

Alpine Bank Aspen is looking to fill a full time Customer Service Representative position.  We are looking for a team player who is friendly, organized, detail oriented, and eager to help our customers. Previous banking experience would be beneficial as the job duties for this position include (but are not limited to):

-Open new checking, savings, certificate of deposit, IRA, HSA, Safe Deposit Box, ICS accounts
- Issue Instant Issue Visa Debit Cards,  Online, Cash Management, and Info line accounts.  Accept and process stop payments, automatic funds transfer, telephone transfers, sweep accounts

Process wire transfers
-Process Visa, ACH, and ATM disputes for customers
-Process any deposit account related research such as customer service statements, images of checks, deposits etc.
-Close deposit related accounts
-Accept deposits to Certificates of Deposit, IRA accounts
-Maintain returned Visa Debit Cards
-Order checks for customers
-Process large and special handling return items
-Offer support to the teller line as needed
-Prepare wire agreements
-Other job duties as needed

PC Support Specialist - Rifle  APPLY HERE

The Alpine Bank IT Department in Rifle, Colorado, is looking for a temporary PC Support Specialist. This is an entry level position. We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is a self-starter. Loan Compliance Specialist - Rifle/Grand Junction  APPLY HERE

The Alpine Bank Consumer Loans department has an open position for a full time Loan Compliance Specialist.  This position could be based out of Rifle or Grand Junction. This person should have excellent customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong computer skills, be
detail oriented, have the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment, and meet strict deadlines.  Hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, though some flexibility may be considered.  Wage dependent on experience.

Essential Functions:
•    Review loan documents for compliance accuracy prior to loan closing
•    Assist lending support staff with Compliance, Regulatory and/or procedural questions
•    Identify missing or incomplete documentation as relating to compliance requirements
•    Process and document denied loan files
•    Review originated and denied loans to determine HMDA applicability; ensure all necessary documentation is in the files and all information is accurately reported on the LAR
•    Track loans in a Special Flood Hazard Area, determine insurance requirements, Force place flood insurance when necessary.  Process incoming flood policies, correspond with insurance companies as needed, process and mail flood letters
•    Track Fair Lending exceptions
•    Manage work flow within assigned area of responsibility and assist other team members as time allows
•    Other Duties as assigned

Requirements/Preferred Qualifications:
•    Excellent customer service skills
•    Working Knowledge of numerous loan regulations and the requirements of those regulations, and a willingness to continue learning as those regulations change
•    Strong Computer skills; including but not limited to MS word and Excel
•    Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills

The Alpine Bank IT Department in Rifle, Colorado, is looking for a Network Administrator to maintain and support the day-to-day operations of servers, networking equipment, hardware, operating systems, data security infrastructure and data protection. The successful candidate will evaluate vendor products in hardware, software, and telecommunications equipment and recommend purchases consistent with the organization’s short and long term objectives; implement LAN policies and standards and ensures adherence to security procedures; perform troubleshooting, diagnosis, and repairs/fixes for network hardware and software related problems.

Preferred Qualifications: College courses or certified network administration training (CCNA, MCSE). 2-4 years experience in the installation and maintenance of LAN/WAN network systems. VOIP Cisco Phone Systems, VDI, VMware, Avamar and Unidesk experience.
