A note from Alpine Bank President Glen Jammaron

UPDATE: March 20, 2020

Relief is coming for Alpine Bank customers.

With the financial unknowns of the coronavirus escalating, we want you to know that Alpine Bank is committed to help you – our customers – weather the challenges ahead. We are hard at work crafting a new loan deferral program that we will share with you soon.

The fast-changing economic landscape makes it all the more important that our program does the best we can do for you. We are reviewing our options with state and federal regulators and our bankers in our markets who are hearing from you. Including our customers in the process has provided crucial insights into the true needs of our communities.

I thank you for your business and for your faith in us. I will be in touch soon to put words into action. In the meantime, refer to our website www.alpinebank.com for the latest updates.

We are truly in this together.

Thank you,
Glen Jammaron
President

UPDATE: March 19, 2020

As a community bank, providing a safe and clean environment for our employees, customers and community is Alpine Bank’s highest priority.

Starting today, we have begun to reduce access to some of our bank lobby locations. These lobby locations are available by appointment only, but drive up and walk up banking where provided, as well as night drop and ATM services, are available. The appointment only status is a response to local and state requests for people to limit their movement to essential activities. Please call your local Alpine Bank or call us at 800-551-6098.

For appointment phone number and the most up-to-date information on the branch closest to you, click here.

By Friday, March 20, 2020, we will be operating all of our branch lobbies by appointment only—while drive up and walk up banking where provided, as well as night drop and ATMs, will be available.

Several digital banking options are available— online banking, mobile banking, Alpine Info Line 888-4ALPINE (888-425-7463), Online Chat and calling customer service/internet banking support (800-551-6098).

Alpine Bank is a reflection of the well-being of the customers and communities we serve.
