Yeti’s Grind Brings Coffee and Creature Comforts to Eagle, Vail & Edwards

Shot in the dark. Drip. Au Lait. Cold brew.

Sure, you can get caffeinated at Yeti’s Grind, but there’s so much more to this community coffee destination.

“We love coffee and love being able to provide a special place for our community to connect,” said owner Marci Leith. “Whether it’s a business meeting, coffee with friends, a first date, or just enjoying a good book with a perfectly poured cappuccino, we love being the go-to spot for all the good times.”

Yeti’s Grind first opened on Broadway in downtown Eagle in 2006. The next location quickly followed at Solaris in Vail, and just recently, the owners opened their Edwards location in November 2021.

The restaurant rounds out their menu with pastries, paninis, burritos and other beverages. Their logoed merchandise is also wildly popular.

“Our relationship with Alpine Bank has been key in helping us thrive through the good times, as well as the tough times we’ve faced in the last year due to the pandemic,” said Marci.  “They’ve been helpful at every twist and turn of our business. Alpine Bank is big enough to serve our crucial business needs and small enough to truly care about our success.  We’re grateful to have Alpine as a partner in our business and in our community.”
