Matt Teeters

Chief Retail Officer

Matt Teeters is Alpine Bank’s chief retail officer. Prior to taking on this role in 2026, he served as regional president of the Front Range and Commercial Banking, where he was responsible for all loan and deposit operations for the bank's commercial team and locations in Denver, Boulder, Fort Collins, and Colorado Springs.

Matt began his career with Alpine Bank in January 2006 as an officer trainee in the bank's Avon location, where he successfully rose through the bank's leadership ranks to an executive vice president role in 2013. As the bank emerged from the Great Financial Crisis, Matt moved to Denver to help open Alpine Bank's first location east of the Continental Divide. Over the next 13 years, Matt and his team grew the bank's Front Range presence from a single location to more than $1.4 billion in loans, $650 million in deposits, and soon to be eight locations across the region.

In addition to his work with the bank, Matt is deeply grateful for the platform Alpine has provided for community involvement. He currently serves as board chair of Judi's House, past chair of Roundup River Ranch, and a board member of Firefly Autism, Developmental FX, and The Sonoran Institute.

Matt is an alumnus of Cherry Creek High School and Grinnell College. He further advanced his education through the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Denver in 2013.

Matt resides in Denver with his wife, Sarah, and their two young children. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time in the mountains, mountain biking, golfing, reading, and doing anything and everything with his family.
