Remote Support Terms of Use (“Terms”)
By entering the Code provided, you agree to allow Alpine Bank to view your screen remotely to provide real time assistance or troubleshoot issues and to access your web session (“session”) using third-party software and services (“Services”). You further confirm that you are a legal resident of the United States of America, are over the age of 18, and have the power, authority, and capacity to agree to these Terms. If you cannot confirm and agree with the Terms, you cannot use the Services and must immediately close the application.
The Services allows Alpine Bank limited access to view your session and assist with your inquiry. Alpine Bank cannot click, enter, or submit information for you. Alpine Bank will be able to see any open browser tabs, screens, and applications that are running on your device. To protect your privacy, please close any applications that do not involve the Services or that may have confidential information unrelated to your inquiry. Please remain at your device throughout the Services. Your session will be recorded, and you or Alpine Bank may end the session at any time.
Neither Alpine Bank, nor any officer, director, or employee thereof, shall be liable or responsible to you or other any person for any harm, loss or damage that may arise in any connection with your use of the Service, including without limitation any direct, indirect, punitive, special, third party, or consequential damages whether arising pursuant to warranty, contract, indemnity, tort, negligence, products liability, strict liability or otherwise.
It is your responsibility to back up your data, and Alpine Bank will not be responsible for any data loss or changes to your device that occur during or after the performance of the Services. In the event of a system failure or interruption, any transactions or document submissions that you initiated or were in the process of completing or completed before the system failure or interruption should be verified by you to ensure the accuracy and completeness of those transactions. You assume the risk of loss of your data during any system failure or interruption and the responsibility to verify the accuracy and completeness of any transactions so affected.

Alpine Bank makes no representation or warranties to the accuracy, adequacy, completeness, or timeliness of the Services or the error-free use of the Services. All of the Services are provided “as-is, as-available, ” without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, noninfringement, and freedom from a computer virus.
The laws of the State of Colorado and the federal laws of the United States of America shall govern as to the interpretation, validity, and effect of these Terms. You consent to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Garfield County, Colorado in any action or proceeding instituted under or related to these Terms or your use of the Services.
