Resetting Your Password:

  1. From the sign-in screen below the Username and Password fields select Forgot?

  2. Provide your account recovery information including your Username and Email address and select Next.

  3. Select how to receive a reset link.

  4. From the link select Reset password.

  5. When prompted to enter a verification code from your two-step authentication method, enter the code and click Verify.

  6. The Reset Password screen will show your current username and you must enter your new password twice.

  7. Upon confirmation that your password was reset. Select OK.

  8. After resetting your password, you are directed to the dashboard.
