Loan Payments

You can make regular, principle-only, or interest-only payments to your loan from your online banking account.

All loan payment functions are available under the PAYMENTS dropdown menu and within the Transfer options.

MAKING A LOAN PAYMENT

  1. From the PAYMENTS dropdown, select Create Payment from the Transfer options.

  2. Complete all required fields (*) within the Loan Payment form, then select Review.

    NOTE: Information included in the Memo is for your reference only and is not included in the loan payment details.
  1. Carefully review the loan payment information, then select Confirm.

CANCELING A LOAN PAYMENT

  1. To cancel a scheduled loan payment, under the PAYMENTS dropdown select Transfer and then Loan Payment Activity.

  2. Search for the applicable loan payment and select Cancel Loan Payment, or to cancel multiple payments check each payment and select Cancel Loan Payment.

  3. Include a Comment (optional) and select Cancel Payment.

LOAN PAYMENT ACTIVITY

  1. To view all payment activity, under the PAYMENTS dropdown select Transfer options and then Loan Payment Activity.

  2. You may search for a specific loan payment by expanding the Search Loan Payments pop-out menu.

    To view details on a specific loan payment, click on the Transaction ID. NOTE: You can Download or Print the Loan Payment Activity page.
