Accounts

To view your account transactions, statements, and additional account options

  1. Select Accounts from the main menu and choose the specific account to view, or on your Dashboard simply select the account.
  2. Once in the account, the balancetransactionsaccount details, and other options will appear.
  3. Select an individual transaction to view transaction details and images. From Transaction details you can see the merchant’s name and location, date the purchase was made, the amount, and the last four digits of the debit card that was used, if applicable. 

Note: If you do not recognize a transaction, select Ask us about this transaction, or call us at 800-551-6098.

Account Tools

Use the account shortcut options to make a transferview documents, and manage your budget. Below are shortcuts that go to user guides for each account tool.

Alpine Bank Credit Cards

If you have a consumer Alpine Bank Credit Card, the type of card will be listed as an additional account. Select the Credit Card account tile to view Transactions and Statements, Credit Usage, Make a payment, and access Card management features.

Transactions
Credit Card transactions  are listed like other account transactions and you can Edit details, Add tags, Add notes, Images, and ask  about a specific transaction.

Credit Usage
View credit limit, balance and available balance with a visual on credit card utilization.

Make a Payment
The next payment date will be listed and allows for the option to make a payment. You can also establish Autopay by selecting Enroll in Autopay.

  • Enrolling in Autopay: Make your payments on time, every time with autopay. Select your payment options and the selected amount is automatically paid every month on your due date.
    • Select the From Account
    • Choose the Amount to pay – Statement Balance, Minimum Amount Due or Other
    • Once options are chosen, select Submit to be taken to a confirmation page showing autopay enrollment is established.
  • Making a one-time payment: If you would like to make a single payment select Make a Payment.
    • Select the From Account
    • Choose the Amount to pay – Statement Balance, Minimum Amount Due or Other
    • Once information has been entered, review for accuracy then click Submit to be taken to a confirmation page.

Card Management
Card Management allows you to establish alerts and protections for your card as well as adding the card to your digital wallet. Please see the Card Management user guide for more additional instructions.
