Settings
Settings allows you to manage your online banking experience.

Profile
- From any menu, click on your account name at the bottom of the left menu, and click on Settings.
- Edit your displayed name, mailing address, email address, or phone numbers by clicking on the Edit link below each profile section. Click Save.
Security
From any menu, click on your account name at the bottom-left menu, then click on Settings.
Click Security to modify security settings. i.e., editing your username and password.
- Passkeys – Manage/Add Passkeys used to sign in on compatible devices.
- Connected Apps - Manage connections to third parties with granted account access i.e., Plaid.
- Direct Connect - Point to Intuit guide for approving direct connect connections.
- 2-step verification – a security feature that helps safeguard your account information.
Resetting 2-step verification:
- Select edit settings under 2-step verification.
- NOTE: You must pass verification to change your settings.
- NOTE: You must pass verification to change your settings.
- After passing verification you may remove any current verification methods and/or add another method.
- After removing a verification method, you will be logged out and prompted to log in again.
- Recently used devices – view and manage devices that have been used to access your account.
Alerts
From any menu, click on your account name at the bottom of the left menu, then click on Settings.
Click Alerts to view and edit user security and transfer alerts.
- User security – these alerts are related to log in activity and profile changes.
NOTE: Some security alerts are required and cannot be completely disabled. However, you can adjust how you receive alerts via text message or in-app notification. - Transfers – these alerts can be established to review scheduled transfers and confirm completed transfers.
NOTE: These alerts are not enabled by default and must be opted in to.

Accounts
Determine which accounts are displayed within online banking and mobile banking. This includes Alpine Bank accounts as well as External Accounts that are linked for viewing or used for external transfers.
Managing Alpine Bank accounts:
- From any menu, click on your account name at the bottom of the left menu, and click on Settings. Click Alpine Bank.
- Click on the applicable account to manage or edit.
- Rename an account by clicking on Rename next to the current account name.
- Slide the Display in online and mobile banking bar to remove the account from view and access from online and mobile.
- Slide the Display activity and transactions bar to remove the account from view. You may still make transfers into and out of the account.
- Balance and Transactions alerts can also be managed from this page.
Managing Linked/External Transfers
If you have established a linked account to view external account transactions along with your Alpine Bank accounts, those external institutions will be listed under Alpine Bank.
- Select the Institution you would like to manage and select Manage your accounts to be taken to the Link an account feature to manage the external account shown.
If you have established an external transfer account, you can rename or remove the account from the External transfers section of Settings. For help with establishing an external transfer account, please see the Transfers guide and reference the Setting Up External Account Transfers section.
Add Account
Within Add account, you can apply for a new Alpine Bank account through our Digital Account Opening service, link an account at another institution, or set up an account for External Transfers.
