Settings

Settings allows you to manage your online banking experience.

Accessing Settings

Access your settings by taking the following steps:

  1. Log in to business online banking by clicking Login from the top right of any page on alpinebank.com.

  2. Enter your username and password and select Sign In.

  3. From the menu options on the left side, select My profile at the bottom, left-hand corner of the screen.

Personal Settings

  1. From the My profile dropdown, select Personal settings.

  2. Profile allows you to edit your preferred first name, email address, and mobile phone number. Complete these changes by selecting Edit and then selecting Save when changes have been made.

  3. Security allows you to edit your username and password, manage your enrolled Passkeys, Connected apps, and Direct connections, and manage how you wish to be verified at account log-in. Complete these changes by selecting Edit and then selecting Save when changes have been made. You may also view recently used devices and remove unwanted devices.

  4. Alerts allows you to create and receive personalized user alerts through an in-app message, email or a text message. You can enable alerts by clicking on the alert you would like to enable, then toggling on the type of alert you would like to receive (Email, SMS, or In-app message). Once you have set up the alert type you want, select Save

Manage Business

NOTE: Manage Business is only available to users granted the user management permission.

  1. From the My profile dropdown, select Manage Business.

  2. Profile allows you to edit the email address and phone number tied to the business profile. Complete these changes by selecting Edit and then selecting Save when changes have been made.

  3. User management allows the Authorized Administrator to manage users’ access to the online ID. Reference the User Management user guide for information on managing online users.

  4. Activity allows you to view and monitor different events that have taken place on your online ID.

Account Settings

Determine which accounts are displayed within online banking and mobile banking.

  1. From the My profile dropdown, select Account settings.

  2. Select the account you want to manage from the Settings screen.

  3. To update the account nickname, select Rename, enter the new nickname, and select Save.

  4. Display options: toggle the Display in online and mobile banking switch to remove the account from view and access from online and mobile. Toggle the Display activity and transactions switch to remove the account from view.

    NOTE: You may still transfer to and from the account if these options are toggled off.

  5. Alerts and cards: select + Add alert and complete the alert template to set up Balance and Transaction alerts for your account. Select Add alert once all information has been entered.
