Getting Started
To enroll in Business Online Banking, contact your local Alpine Bank location to complete the enrollment process.

Accessing Business Online Banking
- Once your Business Online Banking is set up, you’ll receive an email containing a secure link to establish your login credentials. Click Join to create your login credentials.
- Once you have successfully created your login credentials, select Sign In. Enter your username and password once more.
- After entering your username and password, you will be prompted to set up 2-step verification. Click Get Started.
- To implement 2-step verification, select one of the following verification methods (explained in next section):
- Voice or Text Message
- Authenticator App
- Security Key
- You will receive a confirmation message that your 2-step verification setup has been completed. After you select Done, you'll be prompted to Accept Alpine Bank's user agreement. You will then be directed to your business online banking Dashboard.
Two Factor Authentication Options
Voice or Text Message
Unique verification codes are sent to your phone when you sign in to confirm that it’s you. Enter your preferred phone number.
- Select whether you would like to receive a code by text message or by phone call.
- Confirm your phone number by entering the verification code.
Authenticator App
You may use any authenticator app that allows scanning a QR code or uses a manual code entry to receive your verification code.
- After selecting authenticator app, you will be prompted to enter a Friendly name which is used for your reference only.
- From your Authenticator App, you will Add a new account.
- Scan the QR code or enter the code provided manually.
- Enter the code provided on your authenticator app into the Verification code box and select Verify.
- Once verified, you will be redirected to your online banking dashboard.
Security Key
You may use a Security Key to authenticate and bypass the need for a verification code.
- After selecting Security Key, you will be prompted to enter a Nickname which is used for your reference only.
- Choose one of the allowed options listed for your device.
- Follow the on-screen prompts to set up your Security Key.
- Once your Security Key is set up, select Done.
Resetting Two Factor Authentication
If you have already set up your two-factor authentication, you are able to reset your enrollment.
- While you are logged in to either your online banking or mobile app, select your name (or your preferred name, if applicable) from the menu. Click Personal Settings.
- Select Security, then under 2-step verification, click Edit Settings.
- Under Verification Methods, click Remove. From here, you may also add another verification method.
- Click Remove to confirm that you would like to remove your 2-step enrollment. You will be logged out.
Alpine Mobile App
The Alpine Mobile app allows you to keep track of your finances on the go - anytime, anywhere.
To start using the app today, just download it from the App Store or Google Play Store.
Accessing the Alpine Mobile App
Open the app for the next steps.
- Enter your username and password and select
Sign In.
- After entering your username and password, you are prompted to set up 2-step verification. Click Get Started.

NOTE: If you have already set up your online banking on a desktop, it will prompt you to input the code from your already established 2-step verification method.
- To implement 2-step verification, select one of the verification methods.
If you need more information on 2-step verification, please reference the above sections. - Create a 4-digit passcode. This can be used in place of your username and password when accessing the app.
- You are then redirected to your dashboard and now have full access to your accounts and products.
