Accounts
Access your accounts by taking the following steps:
- Log in to business online banking by clicking Login from the top right of any page on alpinebank.com.
- Log in to business online banking by clicking Login from the top right of any page on alpinebank.com.
- From the menu options on the left side, select Accounts.

Viewing Account Transactions
- From the Accounts screen, select the desired account. The Transactions card allows you to view, download, print, and search through your account’s transaction history as well as view any scheduled activities.
- Viewing transaction details: Select an individual transaction to view the full Transaction details and any images associated with it. From the Transaction details screen you can see the merchant’s name (A), the location (B), the date the purchase was made (C), the transaction amount (D), and the last 4 digits of the debit card that was used (E), if applicable.
- Adding tags: Tags are helpful for searching and identifying transactions. Select Add tags and then + Add tag. Enter the tag name (for example: Groceries) and then select Done.
NOTE: once a tag is created, it cannot be edited. If changes are needed, a new tag must be created.
- Adding notes: Notes are helpful for reconciling and identifying transactions. Select Add notes, enter the note (for example: Invoice number), and then select Done.
- Adding images: Attaching images to a transaction (for example: receipts) are helpful for reconciling and identifying transactions. Select + under Images, browse for and locate your image, and then select Open.
- Unrecognized transactions: If you do not recognize a transaction, select Attach to a conversation and provide an explanation of your question or concern, or you may call us at 800-551-6098.
Setting Up Account Alerts
- From the Accounts screen, select the account you want to add an alert to.
- Select Alert preferences from the account shortcut options.
- Select Balances, transactions, and deposits.
- Select + Add alert and complete the alert template to set up Balance and Transaction alerts for your account. Select Add alert once all information has been entered.
