Card Management

Accessing Card Management

Access your Card Management services by taking the following steps:

  1. Log in to business online banking by clicking Login from the top right of any page on alpinebank.com.

  2. Enter your username and password and select Sign In.

  3. On the Dashboardscroll down to Card management and select the debit card you wish to manage.

Lock Card

Locking your card is helpful if you have misplaced your debit card but believe you'll find it and want to temporarily place a hold on it. Your debit card will not work until you unlock it.

  1. After selecting the card, toggle the slide bar off.

  2. Select Lock Card.

NOTE: If you would like to unlock your card, toggle the slide bar on.

 

Alerts and Protections

Notification and blocks may be created to help protect you from debit card fraud or help manage spending.

Notification Settings:

You can set up Notifications when a transaction is blocked or processed.

  1. After selecting the card, click on Alerts and protection
  2. Click on Manage by Notification settings.
  3. Check how you would like to receive notifications for blocked and/or processed transactions, by In-App Message, Email or Text.
  4. Click Save.  

Blocks and Notifications:

Location, Merchant types, Transaction types, and Spending limit blocks and notifications may be created to help protect you from debit card fraud or help manage spending.

  1. After selecting the card, click on Alerts and protection
  2. Click on Locations, Merchant types, Transaction types, or Spending limits.
  3. Check the type of transaction you would like to either block or receive a notification for when transactions are processed.

    NOTE: For spending limits, you must also input the dollar amount.

 

Report Lost/Stolen

Report a card as lost or stolen. This will deactivate your card.

If you believe your card has been lost or stolen, report your card to reduce the likelihood of unauthorized transactions and to protect your funds. Notify Alpine Bank as soon as possible if you notice unauthorized transactions in your account.

NOTE: Debit Cards that have been deactivated cannot be reactivated.

  1. After selecting the card, click on Report lost/stolen.

  2. Select My card is lost or My card was stolen.

  3. To obtain a new card, visit a bank location to have a new card printed. If you can’t make it into a location, you may call 800-551-6098 to order a new card and it will be mailed to you in seven to ten business days.  

 

Reorder Card and Activate New Card

If you have a broken or worn-out card, you may order a replacement.

  1. After selecting the card, click on Reorder card.

  2. Select Reorder.
    NOTE: Card reorders take seven to ten business days to process.
  1. Once you receive your new card, navigate to this card in Card management and select Activate new card at the bottom.
