Check Stop Payments*

 

Accessing Check Stop Payments

Access your check stop payment services by taking the following steps:

  1. Log in to business online banking by clicking Login from the top right of any page on alpinebank.com.

  2. Enter your username and password and select Sign In.

  3. From the Dashboard, select the account you need to place a check stop payment on.

  4. From within the account, select the Stop payments shortcut option.

Placing a Stop Payment - Single Check

  1. From the Stop payments screen, select A single check.
  1. Input the check information and select Submit.
  1. Verify the information on the Confirm stop payment screen and select Confirm.

Placing a Stop Payment - Range of Checks

  1. From the Stop payments screen, select A range or checks.

  2. Input the check range information and select Submit. 
  1. Verify the information on the Confirm stop payment screen and select Confirm.

NOTE: Only check stop payments may be placed through Online Banking. Need an ACH Stop payment? Contact us at 800-551-6098 or visit a location.
