You can cancel your lost or stolen debit card online, through mobile banking, or by calling our 24-hour info line. 1

To cancel your lost or stolen debit card online:

  1. Log into online banking
  2. Once in, click on the Settings tab
  3. From this screen, click Manage Cards
  4. Simply check the Lost/Stolen box next to the card you wish to cancel, then click Submit

Your card will become inactive immediately, so you must reorder a new debit card. To reorder a debit card, you may call or visit your local Alpine Bank location . Once you receive your new card, you can log back into online banking to activate it.

To mark a card lost/stolen or suspend a card through mobile banking:

  1. Log into the Mobile App
  2. Choose the options menu in the upper left hand corner
  3. Choose Preferences
  4. Choose Manage Cards
  5. A list of cards will show. Click on the card and there will be an option to
    • Reorder;
    • Report (mark as Lost/Stolen); or
    • Suspend (which allows the customer control over when their card can be used). If a card is in Suspend, automatic payments coming through will also get rejected

To activate your new card:

  1. Log into online banking
  2. Once in, click on the Settings tab
  3. From this screen, click Manage Cards
  4. Simply check the Activate box next to the card you wish to activate, then click Submit

1 Please note you will not automatically receive a new debit card simply by canceling it. You will need to call or stop in to an Alpine Bank branch to reorder a new debit card.
