Lost or Stolen Debit Cards

You can cancel your lost or stolen debit card in the following ways:

Call the Alpine Info-Line

Receive 24-hour account information as well as cancel your lost or stolen debit card.

To reach the info line dial 888-4-ALPINE 

Please note you will not automatically receive a new debit card simply by canceling it.

To reorder a new card, visit a bank location (with the exception of Gypsum) to have a new card printed. If you can’t make it into a location, you may call 800-551-6098 to order a new card and it will be mailed to you in seven to ten business days. Or reorder online within online banking (see below).

Online Banking or Mobile App

Manage your lost or stolen Alpine Bank VISA debit card(s):

  1. Log into your Alpine Bank online banking or mobile app.

  2. Once in, scroll down to Card management and select the debit card you wish to report lost or stolen.

    Note: Reporting a card lost or stolen will deactivate your card.

  3. After selecting the applicable card, click on Report lost/stolen.

  4. Check-mark Lost or Stolen, and then click Report. Tell us at once if you believe your card has been lost or stolen. Telephoning is the best way of keeping your possible losses down, and to limit your liability for unauthorized transfers.

  5. To obtain a new card, visit a bank location (with the exception of Gypsum) to have a new card printed. If you can’t make it into a location, you may call 800-551-6098 to order a new card and it will be mailed to you in seven to ten business days.

Reorder and Activate Card

You may order a replacement card or activate a new card that was sent to you.

  1. After selecting the applicable card, click on Reorder card. If you are activating a card, click on Activate new card.

  2. Select Reorder. Reordered cards take seven to ten business day to process.
