Settings and Notifications

Settings allows you to manage your commercial online banking experience.

Profile & Preferences:

  1. Click the icon dropdown menu in the top right corner of your online account, then select Profile & Preferences.
  1. Under User Information, your Name and Login ID are displayed. You can change your Email or Phone Number(s) here.
  1. Under Security Preferences you can change your password by clicking on Change Password. You can also select how you would like your account numbers to be displayed within your online profile. Click Save once you have established your My Profile settings.

Notification Setup:

  1. Click the icon dropdown menu in the top right corner of your online account, then select Notification Setup.

  2. Complete the required information under Notification Preferences and then expand the category or categories that you would like to set up notifications for.

  3. Activate the notification by toggling the switch from grey (off) to blue (on), then select the method of delivery. Click Submit once all notification preferences are selected.
